Feb 21: Case transferred to another office (received formal notice letter from NSC that my case was transferred to National Benefits Center (NBC), Lee's Summit MO --> I believe this is standard practice before application gets forwarded to local office for interview schedule) My case is stuck in National Benefits Center (Lee's Summit MO 64002) since January 13 2020. After numerous calls, they finally changed my case status in November 2020 to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" and it hasn't changed since.Lol I got one. My wife applied for an extension of her H4 visa to match my extended H1B visa (I reclaimed some time of the states). They took so absurdly long that even when my H1B visa had already expired for 3-4 months (i.e. her H4 too), they still sent her a biometric appointment letter (which we still attended) and later the approval notice for the extension to a date in the past..
